読書: How to quiet your mind

When you want to quiet your mind,

 
 I recommend for you to meditate.
 
But, people are likely to think that it takes hours and hours.
 
Actually, it's not.
 
You can begin it with three or give minutes.
 
 
落ち着かない時に、
瞑想することをオススメします。
 
瞑想すると言っても、
1時間以上はかかりません。
 
最初は3~5分で始めてください。
 
Close your eyes, and
 
focus on what you really want to be, have and do. 
 
But, don't focus on what you don't want to be, have and do.
 
目を閉じて、
 
なりたい自分と得たいもの、したいことに集中してください。
 
If you keep doing that, 
 
you will be able to achieve what you imagine during meditation.
